Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you — your badge, your department, your vision — and cannot be resold once made.
That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something isn't right, reach out and we will make it right. We stand behind every piece we build.
Ready to Ship Items
Ready to ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement or resolution promptly.
Custom Order Changes
Need to make a change to your custom order? Contact us as soon as possible. Changes can be accommodated before production begins but cannot be made once work has started.
