My grandpa — my hero — spent over 40 years as a mechanic at Campbell’s Soup in Sacramento before retiring. He was the kind of man who could fix or build just about anything, and even in retirement, he lived by the do-it-yourself spirit. Woodworking was one of his greatest passions, and it’s one he passed down to me. I feel blessed to carry on that part of him today.

Back in 2020, I came across some amazing epoxy projects on Instagram that caught my eye. Inspired, I decided to give it a try and poured my very first epoxy charcuterie board. It wasn’t perfect, but it sparked a passion that’s grown ever since. Here’s a look at that very first piece — and how far I’ve come with one of my more recent boards.

In 2022, I made a big decision that completely shaped the direction of my business — I invested in a Onefinity CNC. Naturally, with my background in law enforcement, I was drawn to creating projects that reflected that world. One of my very first ideas was to craft a replica of my own badge. What started as a personal project quickly grew into something much bigger.

Since then, I’ve had the honor of creating more than 250 badge-related pieces for officers and their families across the U.S. Each one carries meaning, pride, and a connection to the people who serve.
